II Chronicles 5:13, 14 – at the dedication of Solomon’s Temple, the sacrifice made to God was extravagant. In, II Chronicles 5:6, Solomon and all the people sacrificed so many sheep and oxen that they could not be counted. When the trumpets (musicians) and singers were together as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the Lord, the presence of the Lord came down and the House of God was filled with a cloud.

Then, in II Chronicles 7:1, Solomon had finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the Lord filled the temple. Unity of hearts to praising and thanking the Lord brought down the glory of God to fill the temple of Solomon and fire to consume the sacrifice.

In Acts 2, at the dedication of the New Testament Temple, the 120 disciples were together in the upper room in “one accord”, that is with one heart and one mind, waiting for the promise of the Father. Acts 2:1-4, tells us once again, God sent fire down from heaven and filled the 120 disciples with the Holy Spirit and signs and miracles followed these disciples.

In recent times, during the Azusa Street Revival from 1906-1910, a group of believers led by Brother William Seymour, prayed in unity with one heart and one mind for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. In 1906, Brother Seymour and others were baptised in the Holy Spirit. Their meeting place was often filled with the cloud of God, so that you could actually touch it, and people saw fire come down from heaven and some people saw that the roof was on fire. The people experienced great signs and miracles of healing in that place.

In 1910, Brother Seymour prophesied, that God would visit His people in about one hundred years.

Lord Jesus, Do it again with greater glory and power before your return. Amen

Your Pastor

If you would like to accept Jesus into your heart please pray the following prayer.
“Dear God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sin. I am willing to turn from sin. I now invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Saviour.”

If you have just prayed this prayer and accepted Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, congratulations! We invite you to contact us as we would love to pray a blessing over your life and help guide you on your journey.

The next step. As a way to grow closer to Him, the Bible tells us to follow up on our commitment.

  • Get baptised as commanded by Christ.
  • Tell someone else about your new faith in Christ.
  • Spend time with God each day. It does not have to be a long period of time. Just develop the daily habit of praying to Him and reading His Word. Ask God to increase your faith and your understanding of the Bible.
  • Seek fellowship with other followers of Jesus. Develop a group of believing friends to answer your questions and support you.
  • Find a local church where you can worship God.

God bless you.
